Founded in 2024, our company was established by three veterans who met through our shared military service. Owner’s Biographies

Bruce Green

Bruce Green II brings over a decade of experience in security, law enforcement, and intelligence operations to his role as Co-Founder and CEO at Stratum. A veteran of the U.S. Navy and a proven leader in high-pressure environments, Bruce is dedicated to ensuring the success of critical missions for the Department of Defense and other national security stakeholders.

 

During his distinguished military career as a Master-at-Arms, Bruce safeguarded military assets and personnel in Bahrain, conducted flight line security, and provided protective services to high-ranking dignitaries and government officials. Following his Navy service, he excelled in roles with the State Department and other federal agencies, including as a U.S. Diplomat Officer, where he managed access control for secure facilities, conducted counterintelligence inspections, and ensured compliance with security regulations.

 

Bruce’s extensive experience in public and private security includes overseeing operations at prominent institutions such as MedStar Georgetown University Hospital and the National Institute of Health. His expertise spans physical security, counterintelligence, and crisis response, supported by top-tier certifications such as CompTIA Security+ and specialized training in emergency vehicle operations and firearms proficiency.

 

A graduate of the University of Maryland with a Bachelor of Arts degree, Bruce combines academic insight with field-tested expertise to lead operational initiatives at Stratum. With his analytical skills and dedication to operational excellence, Bruce plays a pivotal role in delivering tailored solutions to complex security and intelligence challenges.

Eric Romig

Eric Romig, PMP, is a highly accomplished leader with over 15 years of experience in defense, intelligence, and program management. As the co-founder of Stratum, Eric brings unparalleled expertise in supporting the Department of Defense (DoD) through innovative solutions in intelligence, cyber operations, and emergency management.

 

Eric’s career spans roles as an All-Source Intelligence Analyst, Senior Program Manager, and Strategic Advisor, serving both military and federal agencies. Holding a Master of Science in Business from George Mason University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Louisiana State University, Eric combines academic rigor with practical insight to navigate the complexities of national security.

 

A decorated veteran of the U.S. Army Reserves and the Louisiana Army National Guard, Eric has held critical leadership positions, including serving as Noncommissioned Officer in Charge of Intelligence and Warnings at the Joint Chiefs of Staff. His military service, coupled with extensive professional experience managing multimillion-dollar contracts and delivering intelligence products to senior leadership, underscores his commitment to operational excellence and mission success.

 

Eric’s professional credentials include a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and numerous accolades, such as the Joint Service Commendation Medal.

Known for his strategic vision and ability to foster cross-functional collaboration, Eric has developed tailored solutions that drive measurable impact in protecting national assets and advancing global security objectives.
